MAD SCIENTIST HOLIDAY CAMP 2023 - DAY 1 👩🏻‍🔬

HIP HIP HOORAY!! 🙌🏼 Our lil' ones put away their books & pencils & hopped on an adventure of discovery into the fascinating world of science! 👩🏻‍🔬🧪 KABOOOOM! 💥🤯

DAY 1️⃣ of our 👩🏻‍🔬 MAD SCIENTIST 👩🏻‍🔬 Holiday Camp 2023 & our lil' ones have unleashed their inner mad scientist through crazy cool hands-on experiments! 🤯 🧫

Today, our Junior Einsteins got to explore the wonders of physics & chemistry! 😯

We started off the day with Sugar Water Density Rainbow experiment that teaches our lil' ones the concept of density & how it affects liquid💧 As they observe the colours separate into layers, they were able to see firsthand how liquids with different densities behave when put together 👀 This activity also allows them to express their creativity as they mix & match different sugar water solutions to create unique & colourful rainbow patterns! 🌈🤩

We ended the day painting an artwork 🖼️ through the mix of art 🎨 & science 👩🏻‍🔬 They had fun creating the art with salt! 🧂🖌️ They learned how salt🧂being hygroscopic, can absorb water from liquid or vapour in humid air 😯🤯 ; made messes with salt; practiced their writing & drawing skills; worked in developing their fine motor skills; & played with colours! 🎨

What an interactive & exciting day for our Junior Einsteins! 🤯👩🏻‍🔬 Can't wait for more crazy fun experiments tomorrow! 🤪
