Watch them grow! š±
Our J3 & J4 children ended the first term of school with a hands-on exploration in our mini garden! š”
Our teachers introduced children to growing beans on their own š«š± Using a recycled plastic container, they were guided to scoop soil in it, then placed the seeds on the soil & watered them šŖ“š¦

Through this activity, our lil' ones got to put their motor skills to work while they learn to collaborate with their classmates š¦š»š§š» Gardening helps our kids learn many important life lessons too, such as patience & responsibility. They also learnt the rhythms of nature where they will experience joy š when seeds sprout š± & accept loss when things go awry š„ššš»
They also got to learn that in order for plants to grow well, they require a lot of love & care ā„ļøšŖ“as well as a clean environment. This has inspired them to continue exploring & caring for our mother nature šŖ“šš³
Now, this lil' ones are on a mission to keep track on the growth of their plants over the term break! šŖ“š«£š¤š¼Kids, remember that apart from showering them with water š¦ everyday, you gotta shower them with extra care & loves too ya! ā„ļøš± Can't wait to see your magic giant beanstalks š± when you return to school after the break!š¤š¼š
